Here is a very interesting sentence from an NYT article on the enduring legacy of Bush v. Gore, which, as nobody could have ever predicted, seems to have become a precedent after all, despite the SC majority's invocation of the Constitutional doctrine of "whoops no backsies." I swear to you that this is a real sentence spoken by a real Law Professor who is not from Wisconsin:
