Glenn Beck would have us know of his sufferings. Which is fine; condemnation of the "confessional culture" in which we live comes from the right, usually, and I for one would like to tell Glenn Beck that it is very nice that he has written a book and is putting on performance art about how he came from a rotten family and has escaped substance abuse. It really is a triumph that he has overcome these tragedies and gone on to publicly call the survivors of Hurricane Katrina "scumbags."

Really? Cool! As an individual, therefore, I hereby "create" the emergency multi-trillion-dollar spending package that we need to "change" the fact that the nation is in the shitter because it's been run by morons. Shazam!
