The right-wing blogosphere is confused. Here is Michelle Malkin, being confused.
The Obamedia is attempting to set yet another false narrative: The narrative of the McCain “mob.” McCain-Palin rallies are out of control, they wheedle. Conservatives are mad! They’re yelling mean things about Obama and calling him names! It’ scaaaaary!
To clarify:
1. "Wheedle" means something other than what Michelle Malkin thinks it does.
2. There is a difference between the choices made by a political campaign and what random kooks do on their own. Responsible campaigns do not encourage random kooks. The knock on the McCain/Palin campaign is that they are deliberately encouraging random kooks. Which is, in fact, true. Another knock is that in the case of Sarah Palin, they are nominating random kooks.
3. Michelle Malkin for some reason believes that she is not a kook. Is this correct? Let us examine the title of her fucking post:
Crush the Obamedia narrative: Look who’s “gripped by insane rage”
Carefully examine both sides of the colon before answering.
This point no doubt escapes the Right Blogosphere, but the bizarre Ayers fixation, the lunatic stuff about Obama being a stealth Marxist, the imputations of terrorist sympathies, the ACORN bullshit -- or, in other words, exactly those topics upon which the Right Blogosphere mindlessly perseverates -- IS IN FACT THE CRAZY BULLSHIT AT ISSUE.
I'm not sure how more blunt I can be. The McCain/Palin campaign has in the past weeks begun talking the language of the Right Blogosphere, and this has caused their candidates to plummet in the polls and to make even their nominal allies blanch in terror at the sheer lunacy on display.
Sorry, Wingnuttia.
Should have been more civil.

Truly. I don't understand why, when Michelle Malkin reads of the stoking of kooks, she doesn't lean back in her swivel chair, click her claws together, and emit a basso, breathy eeexcellent. Oh well.

The mistake as far as I see and can assist in mediating a successful resolution is a failure in Brand Name .
Obamedia is just tooo complex . I believe that this would have sold you if her clever insights had only been more carefully harmonised . Ooga Booga meadja is just an example of bringing in a refrain that the back singers can adopt in unrestrained exuberance .
Oh Ba Media is strictly preschool which craftery . Without fear of appearing to be patting myselfery on the backing here by seconding , Listen ! Ooga Booga meadja , Sold !

don't you get it? When we see Sarah Palin we see an ignorant, angry, conniving, small time hustler elevated to a position of respect and potential power. Malkin sees a *competitor.* She's angry because she thought they'd actually call her for help selling this stuff but they outsourced it to miss baked alaska.

Oh but Thers...none of that attacks a real honest American maverick hero, but a scary black man!

I for one have absolutely no desire to look at MalKKKin's colon. Besides there isn't enough room to look with her head shoved so far up there.

I've always been curious as to why Mrs. Malkin, as both a woman and a person of color, has been so eager to spew racist themes and support anti-feminist positions.
Yep, it's a puzzler.

Sorry, Wingnuttia.

¡Felicitatíones!
Thers, I know that you have been waiting to type that line for four years.
I sincerely hope that it gave you at least a small frisson of enjoyment.
Es la verdad.

the joy (for us) and sorrow (for them) is that the neo-paletholithiconservative approach to elections and governing is based solely on fear and hyperbole.
fear and hyperbole works great when people are confident and full of surplus.
but when people are actually afraid and don't have two nickels to rub together, you don't get and hold their attention, let alone their loyalty, by screaming about scary monsters and going all medieval on reality's ass.
people want; nay, they need someone who is calm and in touch w/what's really going on to lead them.
this crap about domestic terrorist ayers and secret muslim agendas don't mean squat to someone who's a paycheck away from having his family live in the van on the streets.
unfortunately (for the gop, fortunately for us), this pisswater/rovian/luntz approach to politics, which has worked so well for the last 12 years or so, is all the gop has!
they are bereft of ideas, workable policies, or even compassion.
so when their a-game falls flat, they can't go to the b or c plans, because they don't have it!!
and so, mourn for the poor repubbbs, whose disastorous policies of the past 10 years have created the very environment that makes them such an anathema to anyone who actually wants to survive, let alone prosper, in this century.

To paraphrase FDR; John McCain... In the spirit of Old Daddy Ronnie, he's the best the GOP has.

But that one guy threw a shoe.
And a women was arrested.
Michelle has the mugshots, I seen em.
And all those commenters agree with her every word. And all the right wing blogs link to her story so she is so right and you are just full of hate.

Looks like Michelle wheedled on the bingo cards in lieu of the latrine.
